Don't spend more than an hour on weight-lifting activities. Furthermore, your muscle mass begins to degrade if you work them for longer than an hour at a time. So aim to keep your weight-lifting workouts shorter than 60 minutes.
Find what works best for you and stick to it. Even if you may feel some embarrassment, keep doing the routines that are effective for you. Even though it may be hard, try not to worry about what others may think of you. So, do what works, and do what you enjoy so that you can continue on the road to success.
Smaller muscle groups will get tired before larger ones.
