If you are feeling guilty when watching TV, a good tip is to exercise as you are watching your favorite show. Perform exercises during the commercials, and you'll get a pretty decent workout done during an hour-long program.

Begin your workout on an empty stomach. If you eat right before a workout, the food that was consumed will not get ingested properly. This can easily turn into a major problem and leave you feeling nauseous, and you could experience vomiting or diarrhea. Wait until after you are done exercising, and then eat something light while drinking plenty of water.
