Don't have much time for workouts? Break your workout into two sessions. This doesn't mean you have to work out more - just do half your workout each time. Run during the morning and evening for 30 minutes, rather than running for a one full hour. You can do two different types of workouts if you want, which will help to keep things fresh.
In order to avoid hitting the fitness center twice in the same day, you might try getting one workout in at the fitness center and then doing another one elsewhere.
