Lots of people resolve at the new year to shed excess pounds. Many people, though, find it a struggle to follow through, especially if they do not approach it with well-tuned plan in hand.
Take note of your daily caloric intake. Do this by counting calories at every meal and tallying it up at the end of the day. Anyone can use calories to determine how much food should be eaten for each meal everyday.
Eat more slowly to allow your level of fullness to register with your brain. Chew each bite no less than 20 times, try taking smaller bites and carry on conversations as you are eating. You
