losing weight tips for women?
i'm trying to lose 30 pounds in 6 months. (thats not too fast right?) heres my course 50jumpingjacks 30 push ups 30 sits up and 30 crunchs then a 3.5 mile run at lake merrit. my only problem is my diet. i LOVE to eat. and every time i go on a diet i tottaly bomb it the next day. everything looks so tempting and
