Feel like you don't have enough time a day to workout? Make your workouts into two sessions. Don't necessarily increase your workout time, just break it in half. Therefore, instead of working out for a one hour burst, split it into two half-hour sessions, one morning and one night. If you're not interested in two trips to the gym, get one in somewhere else you find more preferable.
