Want to get fit? Well then, get to it. Just get up, go out and get fit! Make sure you aren't doing this for anyone else, only you. It will be a lot harder, if not impossible, if you're doing it for someone else.
When working out your biceps, you should try and bend your wrists as this will work your biceps out harder. Let your wrists fall backwards slightly. Then from this position do your normal bicep routine. It might feel a little uncomfortable, but it won't be long until your used to it.
Become stronger in a shorter length of time by completing the same number of repetitions in 10% less
