Working Out Should Be Fun And Exciting

If you're making wise fitness decisions, you'll give your exercise routine a rest when you get sick. When you are afflicted with illness, your body attempts to use all of its resources in order to heal itself. A sick body is not ready to increase muscle mass or endurance. This is why you should avoid exercising until you feel better. Also, you will want to eat great and get extra sleep.

You mustn't just work out to stay fit. You must also eat properly while working out. If your aim is to gain muscle, load up on protein; if your aim is to lose weight, cut calories.
