Take it from me, long term injuries will occur if you ignore aches and pains while executing your weight loss workouts. I understand that research indicates that a great work out routine will help ease stress, headaches, depression, and even menstrual cramps. However, if you do not feel like doing a work out routine because you are tired or sluggish, there it is good possibility that your body is trying to tell you that it needs a break. Nonetheless, this is not an excuse for you not to work out because you are lazy. There is definitely a difference.
