how to lose weight.. Fast? Teenage girl?
Im a 14 year old teenage gurl i weigh about 132 pounds with 29% body fat which is really bad and i want to lose about 20 pounds during the summer... I really enjoy running on the treadmill.. For 45 min 2 a day... Doig about 3 miles each time... Is that enough??? I want to know what else i can do? I
