Does anyone know the best weight loss workouts for how to lose weight?
Hey, I am 22 and 5ft 4 (weight = 120 lb). I work crazy hrs but am trying to lose 10lb, I eat approx 1400kc per day(sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more). I am looking for exercises that are the most effective at increasing my metabolic rate and burning calories.
