Sandy asks…athlete on a diet?i work out a lot.
i've been trying to stay in shape, but also lose weight.
it's not a crash diet or anything, i just like don't eat as much as i used to and when i do eat, it's mostly healthy and i think also a small amount.
i'm wondering if that's a problem because lately when i've been working out, i get tired. not like a out of shape, breathing hard kind of tired, but the kind where i feel like i need to lie down and sleep or something.
am i wrong by going on a diet?
since i'm a young (14 yrs) athlete, should i eat a lot, as long as its healthy?
