This has been a debate for several years in the health and fitness industry. What is actually funny about the debate is that most of it stems from myths or people who know nothing about health and fitness. There should be no difference in weight loss programs for women or men. The small tweaks come in depending on what the goals are for the woman or man. In fact, all workout routines should be based on the individual needs, not gender.

People usually say weight loss programs for women differ from men because most women want to lose weight and tone their thighs and buttocks
