When a work out routine goes wrong

You may hear personal trainers say it to you all the time, “Keep your form proper, breath, do the exercise correctly!” Typically, you may not pay attention because you are focusing on trying to get the heavy weight off of you. Trust me, I’m usually thinking the same thing at that same time. However, it is very important to perform your work out routine correctly! It is at this time where muscle can be built or literally destroyed.
