How should I go about weight training?
Hello, I'm 6'3 and 285 pounds. I have started to take care of myself and exercise each day. I was 305 at my heaviest. I'm losing 10 pounds a month. I do an hour of cardio everyday. I have just begun weight training. I never want to be a body builder, or anything of the like. I do, however, want to put on some muscle
