Since the advancement of medicine has evolved, there have been a lot of myths about the link between sugar and diabetes. Summer is getting mighty close, I’m sure the thought of going to the beach or on a cruise has crossed your mind. Question is, has the thought of making your abs or “six pack” show crossed your mind? The last thing anyone wants is to go to the beach and feel uncomfortable taking their shirt off or showing their bathing suit. We are adults here!
