[box] It is time to get the misconceptions on how to decrease belly fat and lower your body fat percentage. Most people want to get rid of excess belly fat, buttocks fat, or thigh fat, and they want to have a loss weight fast story as quickly as possible. While all of this is fine, the common mistake that majority of people make is that they instantly start doing a high number of crunches or sit-ups. This is mistake number one.
