You have to realize that although you are eating in ways that are nutritious and good for you, it does not mean that you should increase portion size. You should control portion sizes in order to lose weight. Bigger portion sizes means more calories.

All too many low-fat foods make up for the flavorful fat they are missing with added sugar or artificial sweeteners. If foods have less calories, you should pay attention to whatever is used to replace them.
