To lose weight, do not eat within a few hours of bedtime. Avoid eating before you go to sleep. Food gets stored in your fat cells when you do this. Keep yourself busy in the evening.

If you are worried about your cholesterol levels and saturated fat intake, reduce your intake of red meat. Eat small portions of meat surrounding by healthy vegetables, fruit and a piece of high-fiber whole wheat bread. Cut down on the amount of meat you add to each dish.
