Don't have a large chunk of time to devote to exercising? Make your workouts into two sessions. This doesn't mean you have to work out more - just do half your workout each time. If you normally spend 60 minutes on the treadmill, schedule half an hour of treadmill time each morning, and 30 minutes more later that night. If you don't want to hit the gym twice in one day you can do one gym workout, and one outside workout.
When doing repetitions that require counting, start at your goal number and count down. This gives you an idea of just how many exercises you still have left and help keep
