Workout on a regular basis. While working out on a daily basis is ideal, you should engage in a minimum of two to four sessions each week. You don't even have to work out for that long. Doing it 15-20 minutes each day is perfectly fine. Keep each workout at less than one hour. You can accomplish as much in fifteen minutes as you can in an hour, if you do it right.
The best method of getting fit is daily exercise. That way, no exercise session will be for naught. It is another way to form good exercise habits. Be sure to have some less rigorous days so your body isn't overworked.
