Drink a glass of water before sitting down to a meal. If you are very hungry you may eat more than you need before your brain can signal you are full.
For meeting weight-loss targets, you must not only watch what you are eating, but you must also keep track of the time at which you eat. When you find yourself with early morning hunger pains, it is probably a result of not consuming enough calories the night before. This usually leads you to eat a much larger breakfast. It is recommended that you eat the greater share of your calories during breakfast and lunch.
