Gradually reduce the amount of salt and sugar you add to your foods. You taste buds will eventually adjust and will start to dislike the high levels of sugar and sodium in foods that you eat. You are much less apt to notice the changes when they are done in smaller increments and therefore, will be unlikely to resist.
Log how many sugary soda or juice drinks you consume daily and try to cut that in half by simply drinking water. This will get you out of the habit of picking up a sugary drink whenever you are thirsty. Watch your total to see if you're overdoing it.
