Don't deny yourself certain foods when losing weight. If you cut out a food you like entirely, you'll experience severe cravings for that food and undo all your progress by binging on it. This will make you eat too many calories.
Never give up working on the weight loss plan you have in place. Remember that there may be times when you will not be able to eat properly or will not have time to exercise correctly.
