Try to refrain from eating immediately prior to working out. Exercising immediately after a meal can cause an upset stomach. Such digestion problems can bring about problems like vomiting and nausea. Instead of eating a meal before you workout, eat a meal after you are done exercising.
It's always important to incorporate stretching into your exercise routine. Be sure to spend enough time stretching before you exercise and again after you are done.
