Keep losing weight even when you are watching tv. When commercials come on, walk around the room or prepare for the next part of your exercise routine. You can even make lounging on the couch more active with a pair of hand weights. There always seems to be opportunities to squeeze in a little bit more exercise.
Continue using workout strategies that are effective for you. It may seem awkward, but stick with exercise that makes you feel healthy. Your fitness should be important to you, not to other people. Get rid of your inhibitions and find ways to do whatever it takes to continue to reach
